Breakfast:
Thomas' Better Start English Muffin
Hormel Ready cook bacon (3 slices)
Kraft Single
8 small plums
coffee
Splenda
Sugar Free creamer
Orange Juice
8 oz water
Snack:
8 small plums
Lunch:
Chobani Yogurt
1/2 cup Fiber One cereal
Snack:
Ritz
Peanut Butter

approx. 9 oz. 2% milk
coffee
1 1/2 T. sugar
3 T. French Vanilla Creamer (not fat free ;)
1 swallow water
Lunch:
3 hr. nap
1 blueberry cake donut
approx. 9 oz. of milk
1 chicken nugget
1/2 buttermilk biscuit
2 swallows water
Snack:
wanted to eat another blueberry cake donut BUT they were all gone...bummer...
Dinner:
1 bowl ramen noodles
1 Pb&J sandwich
tons of water

the donuts sound like something Stephanie Plum would eat...

I had my blueberry cake donut fiasco on the last day of school. Add a ham and cheese crosant(sp?P) and some donut holes and you have the makings of a BAD sugar and fat crash by about 10:00am. Good Times!
