Chilled Strawberry Soup

This is my version of a Strawberry Soup they served me in the hospital when I had the baby.  I know -- usually you wouldn't want hospital food, but this is super yummy!

Ingredients:



350 g. fresh strawberries (about 2 cups)


1 cup Fat Free Half & Half


300 g. Fat Free Sour Cream (about 1 cup)


1 cup Fat Free Milk


30 g. sugar (about 2 TBS)

 
Directions:


Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Place in a container with a lid and refriderate for at least 4 hours. Serve cold.






Makes 4 servings
